i believe the person did that knowing it will get a reaction exactly like the comments everyone is leaving. he/she/it did it for pure shock value/attention whore…on a lighter note the tattoo artist that did it does good work

There could be a reason why he did it, I doubt there are people of color who would support Hitler he wanted the extinction of not just Jews but everyone else who wasn’t Blonde hair blue eyes. This guys either disturbed in the head or theres a good reason why.
