The Manila Times recently featured Filipina tattoo artist, Julie Ann Grafia.
In the Philippines, Julie Ann Grafia, or Juki as most people call her, has been a freelance tattoo artist for almost three years now. She got her first tattoo when she was 20 and has since been adding to her body of work. She is addicted to the needle. No pain, no gain.

that’s awesome love that tats I want one dunno if i want tribal or the accent language tatted on me well need to find out soon it’s either i get here in the states or wait till my entire *maybe* family goto the philippines and I’ll get it there. seems fine to me if i can make my mind up in time contact me asap.
