i get what your saying how we should be empowering our filipino community and and spread our culture especially to the youth...like i may only be 19, but i feel that the top three things a person must recognize always is family, religion and culture, like sometimes i see pinoys that get a tribal tattoo and i ask him "hey thats a nice tattoo, what do those patterns mean?" and they say "oh i dont know, but it looks cool"...like im not saying that im an expert because im still learning the culture as well and am thinking of getting my tattoo done, but i want to know the meaning and y i am getting this tattoo. I hang out with a lot of Filipino and Polynesian people that know about the culture and they always tell me "before you tattoo your body, you must tattoo your mind first"
