I came across some baybayin (whats the diff with alibata) text on a coffee table book on antique books and letters recently released by UST, and was hooked by the images.

you're doing your country a great service. ive always been fascinated at how the chinese, the arabs, the japanese and even the thai have maintained their original writing forms through the eons, and im thrilled to discover baybayin, and would love to work to spark the revolution to revive it.

I'd like to learn to read and write Baybayin, like I learned Hiragana years ago, and slowly make it a hobby and personal artistic pursuit, and, id like to have one of those black T Shirts :)
