Mahalo

November 13, 2007 by Christian

The CEO of Mahalo.com posts a “MahaloToDo” list on his blog. He mentions that they would do real-time entries in if you ask. What about an entry on the Baybayin script?

Mahalo is perfect for Baybayin and would make a great tattoo. MA-HA-LO

    Hi Euri,
The term “Alibata” is incorrect. It was introduced in the early 1900’s by Dean Paul Versoza of the University of Manila. He thought it had Arabic orgins. Alibata is supposed to be from the 1st 3 letters of the “alif,” “ba,” and “ta,” Maguindanao arrangement. Check out http://www.mts.net/~pmorrow/bayeng1.htm#origin or http://baybayin.com for more info. Thanks
