Jovannie sends in a photo of his collection of Filipino related tattoos. You have Noli Me Tangere (look it up if you don’t know what it is), the Philippine map, Philippine Sun, and Baybayin. Not sure what it says though.
On the foto is the guy who did it from ORMOC, BABY REPRESENTING DOWN SOUTH His name is NEIL JOSE.
