Robert sent in a photo of his Philippine Flag ripping through his arm. With the flag and Philippine Sun and Stars tattoo being one of the most popular designs to get for Filipinos, what happends if the government finally adds a 9th ray and acknowledges the Muslim rebellion in the south?
