Dragon symbolizes power, strength and strong will. On the other hand, cross symbolizes divinity, religion and spirituality.
Combining, we can say that Karding Satwa of Dubai is a strong Filipino that strongly believed in Almighty God. He can do all things through Christ who gives him strength.

I was recently interviewed for a local (San Francisco Bay Area) newspaper regarding Baybayin and “Filipino” tattoos. The writer asked me if I knew anyone who had any Asian tattoos. Looks kinda strange, shouldn’t there be a crack there? 
Description from the girl:
My father passed away in 2005 so i decided to get this in memory of him. Since i’m a chick and hope to one day get married, ill no longer carry my last name. Soooo…this is in honor of my father’s heritage. The scroll actually portrays my last name in an obsolete ancient Filipino alphabet. I hope that the dragon represents the strength and loyalty that i have for my father, as well as the protection that he will always carry over me.
Translation is either GA-SI-A or GO-SA-A. I think it’s GA-SI-A, a modified old school translation of Garcia.
