This tattoo is a Philippine Sun surrounded by ilang-ilang flowers which represents Rafael’s of Mildenhall, UK last name. Therefore, his whole name is Rafael Ilang-Ilang.
For your information, ilang-ilang is also known as “perfume tree” because of its highly fragrant flowers that is used in aromatherapy.
