Anyone notice anything different with this Philippine Flag Tattoo?

Bobby from Florida, needs our suggestions with regards to his tattoo. In his intention to show his Pinoy pride, he got an eight rayed star, Philippine flag inside and dragon around it tattoo. Accidentally, his artist did something that might cause issues. What do you think it is?

This tattoo is a tribute of Zhamhyre from Las Vegas to his Filipino culture and as well as to the country where he grew up, Hawaii. The Filipino symbols are the 3 stars, sun and the Philippine flag while the Hawaiian symbol is the island overlapping the sun. The Baybayin at the middle means “Rest in peace papa” which he had after his father passed away.

3 Stars and a Sun is so popular nowadays as tattoo design not only in the Philippines but also outside the country.

3 Stars and a Sun was based on the Philippine flag. The three stars stands for Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao while the sun that have 8 rays represents the eight places that fought against the Spaniards.

This one is from PJ of Las Vegas, Nevada. He only have one message and that is “please don’t copy” the design. Obviously, this one is his original concept of 3 Stars and a Sun.
