Guys, Sun
A very sweet gift from the bearer’s girlfriend is what we can see in this photo. The 3 stars and a sun tattoo on the bearer’s left rib is what his partner drew as a present for his birthday. A very great gift idea indeed! From Chi-town tattoo.

Erwin from Germany picked up this tattoo because it looks like an image but when you turn it sideways you can will read only one word because it’s in Ambigram style. The magic word is “Pilipinas” and he incorporates this tattoo with him because no matter what happens he will still be a Filipino. Just [...]

Guys
As the first tattoo of Angelico Dator of Chicago, he is very proud of this. He entitled this as “Family Crest” because obviously it describes the information about his family same as his ancestral history. This family crest is like the shield of their family that made up of symbols like cross, bird and stars.

Philippine Island with different tribal is the concept of this tattoo from B.J Bataloin from Kaui. This also represents the different culture that Filipinos have. Philippines is compost of 7, 107 islands which is not surprising that its people have different culture. B.J hopes that his concept is unique and original. This was done by [...]

Baybayin, Girls, Translations
Here’s a Baybayin translation and design I did for Carina. She wanted it long and sexy to go down her ribs. I think it came out well, especially the last character – “LA” with an extended tail. Inked at Revolver in New Brunswick, NJ

Here a big rib piece from Danielle out of the San Francisco Bay Area. She recently ordered a custom Baybayin design to go down her back to match her existing rib piece. It features the national flow of the Philippines with azucena/tuberose flowers at the bottom. Rib tattoos are supposed to be very painful but [...]

Baybayin, Guys, Translations
Here’s a picture of a Lakas (strength) tattoo I designed for Brandon. The modern translation is LA-KA-S. You will notice the vowel cancellation kudlit “X” under the last character (SA) that looks like V3. Looks great! Request a name translated for free or order a custom design & translation for only $5.
