* Designs are made using my handwriting. I do not use pre-made fonts. Since this is my own handwriting, it will be different than how others write Baybayin.
* My modern translations may be different from others as I use an X as the cancellation kudlit and a modified DA to represent RA.
* I use a brush stroke because it's unpredictable, making each stroke unique.
* I will not design a fatoc tattoo for you because your not a headhunter.
* Why are you getting a Baybayin tattoo? To me, there are 2 levels to people getting Baybayin tattoos. #1) To reconnect with their pre-Spanish past or #2) It's just cool looking. To me getting a Baybayin tattoo that says "Diyos", "Filipino" or even "Pinoy" is a contradiction. The essence of Baybayin is a pre-FILIPINO. It's kind of like getting American Pride tattooed in Japanese Kanji. Also, don't ask for an "Alibata" tattoo. Use the right term which is Baybayin.
* Modern or Old School Baybayin? Some people don't like the "modern" additions because they want it "pre-Filipino" but it's tough to want something 100% pure without sounding like a hypocrite. You shouldn't frown on any modern adaptations of Baybayin because it's a natural progress in any writing system. If your against modern Baybayin due to the "Spanish kudlit", you should also be against another Spanish import (religion). Click here for more info.
*Please note that some words cannot be literally translated. Each translation is my interpretation. Baybayin can be used more than 1 way. I'll work with you to come up with something. Please check other Baybayin sources before getting inked if you are not sure of the translation or have doubts/ideas. I'm not responsible for any “misinterpretations”.
